EULA - End User License Agreement

TERMS OF USE OF THE E-STOCK 5 SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS
The following terms represent that, by accessing and / or using our software, you are accepting that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by these terms and comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
The E-Stock program is owned by PRNET Software and its right is protected by the Law of Promotion and Protection of Intellectual Property. The purchase does not grant intellectual property rights or authorship, nor to make functional, design, or feature modifications to the program, all of which is strictly prohibited.
TRIAL PERIOD
The software is available for download on the official PRNET website: www.prsystem.com, on the page corresponding to the E-Stock program: www.controldestock.com, or on the E-Stock Web system at www. controldestock.net.
The software works in test mode until it is activated by previously making the purchase or contracting of the service. The software has certain limitations in the amount of data that can be entered during test mode operation, which disappears when the activation is performed.
PURCHASE
To use the program without the limitations of the trial period, you must purchase a License, or a Subscription to the E-Stock Web service.
LICENSE
In the case of purchasing the License, each License issued grants the end user the right to use the program in a 1 PC, must acquire as many Licenses as the PC intended for the use of the program.
The License is materialized in the Activation Code, which is sent to the end user by email at the end of the purchase process.
In case of loss of the License for reinstallation or change of equipment, the end user must request a new License, which will be granted after verifying the user's data and the purchase of their previous License, as well as not being a additional license, which must be previously purchased.
SUBSCRIPTION TO E-STOCK WEB
This modality requires the user to purchase the subscription to the E-Stock Web system, passing E-Stock 5 for Windows to be part of the service package. While the active subscription is active, the user can use the E-Stock 5 software for Windows. Each Subscription grants the end user the right to use the program on as many PCs as users have purchased with the subscription, which may use the program during the period determined by the subscription and while it remains active.
In the E-Stock Web system, the user will be able to manage their Activation Key that will allow them to use the program without the limitations of the trial period. This Activation Key is associated with the equipment where the program is installed. In case of needing to change equipment or reinstall Windows, the Activation Key will be without effect, and it will be necessary for the end user to obtain a new one, which will also be done within the E-Stock Web system.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Only users who make the purchase of a License or an E-Stock Web Subscription. The purchase of the license grants the end user technical support and software updates for 1 year, while the subscription to E-Stock Web provides technical support and updates while it is active.
Technical support includes both queries, access to documentation and program updates, and is provided through the E-Stock Customer Area, or the E-Stock Web system.
The updates are installed from the program itself, during the support year in the case of having purchased the License, or during the term of the subscription.
DISTRIBUTORS AND RESELLERS
To distribute the PRNET software you must first register as an authorized distributor. Authorized distributors must register the purchase of each software license sold on the PRNET website and they will channel the queries, incident reports and other technical support requests made by the clients that have acquired the license through them. You can provide the direct link of the client with the PRNET support service, notifying first who will be the contact in the client and the email address that the client will use for the contact.
RESTRICTIONS OF USE
PRNET Software will not provide any kind of support to customers who have not purchased a License or a Subscription, purchasing it directly from PRNET or from any of its authorized distributors, and the purchase records must appear in the records to verify the same.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will PRNET be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages caused by the use of our software. PRNET does not guarantee the correct operation of the software, nor that it complies with all the needs or expectations of the user or end customer, and must verify during the trial period prior to the purchase of the license, that it operates correctly and complies with Your needs for use. Once the purchase of the License, Subscription, adaptation, backup on CD, or any other product or service of PRNET, the customer is deemed to be satisfied with the product purchased or service contracted and has tested and verified that the same It works correctly and meets your expectations, and you know the quality and limitations of it. No refunds are made after the purchase of subscriptions, products, or contracting PRNET services.
REVISIONS OF THE TERMS
PRNET may at any time review the Terms of Use of the Software without prior notice, being subject to such revisions and must periodically check the program to determine if there are changes in the terms of use.
It is not guaranteed that this document is free of errors, nor subject to any other warranty or condition, whether expressed orally or implicitly in the Law. We expressly disclaim any liability with respect to this document. No contractual obligation, direct or indirect, is contracted through this document.
